Key revelations include:

PCB System Failure and Domestic Decline: Azam delivered a blunt assessment of Pakistan's first-class cricket, stating that the "Domestic cricket has no respect." He suggests a key reason for the fallen standards is that "Your main players are not going to play first class," indicating a significant disconnect between elite and foundational cricket.

Injury Mismanagement and Neglect: revealed a shocking example of the PCB's alleged neglect of players, stating he had to self-fund his own surgery and medical care: "I did everything from my pocket." This highlights a significant issue in player welfare and support within the PCB structure.

Embarrassing Loss to USA: Reflecting on Pakistan's historic defeat to the USA, Azam's honest reaction was that "It was really embarrassing."

USA Selection Politics: Despite his move, Azam has not played for Team USA, suggesting internal political issues with the assertion that "They selected their favorite players."

Optimism for American Cricket: Despite the selection issues he faced, Azam remains optimistic about the future of the sport in the United States, concluding with the belief that the "The graph is going up" for American cricket.
